WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

• All that is required of you is to fill out the form on this Quote Page and supply us with the information of what you are after for your business. We can create visual artwork including your logo of your clothing or promotional products as per your request.

• Timeframes for items all vary as to how long it will take to turnaround. Your assigned Account manager will advise of this once we have received your request and endeavour to turn around your job as soon as required.

• Production of any item that is being produced locally in Australia will not commence until we’ve received approved final artwork from you. The application of logos can typically take 2-3 days to any item, so this will be required to take into account when processing an order. Orders that are required to be delivered from overseas will vary between 4-12 weeks, dependent on the nature of the item and delivery path chosen.For when we are going to print logos will be required in the following formats depending on your chosen print method JPEG, PDF, Vector Base or TIFF, along with the exact PMS or CMYK colour within your logo or design.

• For all new logos a set up fee will incur for the initial format of your logo this varies between $50-$100 dependent on your print method, but will be confirmed with your quotation. If you have no logo at all in the correct file for print, don’t worry we have your sorted and can provide an experienced Graphic Designer who can create this for you for a set fee.

• Delivery Time frame and Cost will vary and be dependent on where, what and how it is being sent. Keep in mind that typical deliveries to major capital cities via air freight can take 1-2 business days, but price will vary for size of item being sent.
